Richard Okello – The Executive Director

By God’s grace I am an adopted Son of God the Father and currently serves as the Executive Director of Salt and Light Ministries Uganda. I am also serving as the Lead Pastor of Seven Mile Road church Gulu, a church I planted in May 2022. Richard’s desires is to obey the Great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ (Mathew 28:18-20). Sensing God’s call upon myself, I am currently pursuing my online Master of Divinity at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Louisville Kentucky. My major goal is to make, mature  and multiply disciples of Jesus Christ in Gulu and beyond.
Here is what that means:

1. I love to come alongside people and help them become disciples who love and follow Jesus.
2. I love to help people grow and mature in their faith.
3. I desire to see people sent out on missions into their neighborhoods where they live.
